Can I leave my RadPadz® float in the sun?

While RadPadz floats are UV-resistant, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading over time. Store them in a shaded area when not in use.

 

Are RadPadz® floats resistant to mold and mildew?

Yes, our floats are designed with materials that resist mold and mildew growth, but they should always be dried before storage.

 

What is your return policy?

Unused RadPadz products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Do you offer custom designs?

Do RadPadz® floats come with straps or storage bags?

Yes, each RadPadz float includes a bag with carrying handles and shoulder strap for easy carrying and storage.

Are RadPadz® products eco-friendly?

We prioritize sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to reduce environmental impact.

They are, however, made of a variety of plastics and other materials that are inherently non-biodegradable. This is why we don't cut corners in quality - our mats will last.

 

Can RadPadz® floats be recycled?

Yes, our products are recyclable. Check with local recycling centers for options.

 

Are RadPadz® floats resistant to punctures?

No.  The dual layer PVC Vinyl material can take quite a lot of abuse, but you shouldn't use it as a makeshift dartboard... Treating it properly will guarantee a long life.  In the event of a puncture, patching the damage is fast, easy, and creates a permanent fix!

 

Do you offer wholesale options?

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! RadPadz floats come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
