RadPadz Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process and pack orders within 24-hours - always the same business day if placed before 4:00pm EST. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Free Standard Shipping

Orders ship FREE within the contiguous United States.  Typical transit time is 3-5 days.

Delivery & Receiving

When your RadPadz gear arrives:

  1. Inspect the box for visible damage before opening.

  2. If damage is present, note it and take photos before opening.

  3. Contact us within 7 days so we can help with a resolution.

International Shipping

For now, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., email us - we’re working on expanding our reach!

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier marks them as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.
